Mentoring
I have been fortunate to work with brilliant undergraduate researchers, who are the cornerstone of my dissertation data collection. I get to know each student’s goals and tailor their projects to match, from literature reviews for students exploring whether research is right for them to paid summer research for those ready to take on more. I am proud to support my students’ success beyond the classroom, including serving as their reference as they take their next steps.
